Now if you go into Device Manager, you should see a new “Bluetooth” device under “Other Devices” or “Non-Plug and Play Drivers” or something like that. If not then try restarting the computer and see if it works.

4. go into Device Manager and find that new “Bluetooth” device under Other Devices or Non-Plug and Play Drivers or something like that. Right-click on it and choose Update Driver Software… from the menu that appears.

5. now choose to Browse my computer for driver software from the next window.

6. now choose Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

7. now select the “Have Disk” option.

8. now choose to Browse… and find the Bluetooth driver that you downloaded earlier. If you don’t see it then try looking in Other devices or something like that.

9. click OK after choosing the Bluetooth driver and then click Next to install it. Then click Finish when it is done installing.

10. now go into Control Panel, go to Hardware and Sound, and then go to Device Manager again. You should see a new Bluetooth adapter under Other Devices or Non-Plug and Play Drivers or something like that with a yellow exclamation mark on it. Right-click on it and select Update Driver Software… from the menu that appears.

11. now choose to Browse my computer for driver software from the next window, choose Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, select Have Disk, browse to and select the Bluetooth driver that you downloaded earlier, and click OK. Then click Next to install it and then click Finish when it is done installing.

12. now go into Control Panel, go to Hardware and Sound, Device Manager, right-click on the new Bluetooth adapter under Other Devices or Non-Plug and Play Drivers or something like that with a yellow exclamation mark on it, choose Update Driver Software… from the menu that appears, choose to Browse my computer for driver software from the next window, choose Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, select Have Disk, browse to and select the Bluetooth driver that you downloaded earlier and click OK. Then click Next to install it and then click Finish when it is done installing.
