Intel Capital is Intel’s global investment and M&A organization, making equity investments in innovative technology start-ups and companies worldwide. Intel Capital is stage agnostic and invests in a broad range of companies offering hardware, software and services targeting enterprise, digital media, mobility, consumer Internet, and semiconductor manufacturing. Lucio Lanza, Managing Director & Founder, Lanza TechVentures
Lucio Lanza is a member of our board of directors. Lucio is the Managing Director of Lanza techVentures, an early stage venture capital and investment firm he founded in January 2001. Since 2008 he has been a General Partner and Chief Technology Strategist for Radnorwood Capital, LLC, an investor in public technology companies. In 1990, Lanza joined US Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, as a Venture Partner and was a General Partner. From 1990 to 1995, he was an independent consultant to companies in the semiconductor, communications and EDA industries, including Cadence Design Systems, Inc., and from 1986 to 1989, was Chief Executive Officer of EDA Systems, Inc. Before that he was with Daisy Systems Corp. as Vice President of Marketing and then General Manager of its EDA division. From 1977 to 1983 he held several positions with responsibility for strategy and innovation at Intel including Chairman of the Microprocessor Strategic Business Segment. From 1968 to 1977 he was responsible for processor architecture and design at Olivetti Corporation. Lanza served as a non-executive director of ARM until May 2010, and serves on the board of directors of PDF Solutions, Inc., a provider of technologies to improve semiconductor manufacturing yields. In August 2010 he joined the board of Harris & Harris Group, a publicly traded venture capital company that invests in nanotechnology and microsystems. He also serves on the board of directors of several private companies. He holds a doctorate in electronic engineering from Politecnico of Milano, Italy.

Dado Banatao is the managing partner of Tallwood Venture Capital. With his past experiences as an entrepreneur, Dado provides Tallwood with a unique perspective in technology investments. Tallwood invests in unique and hard-to-do semiconductor technology solutions for computing, communication, and consumer platforms.
Prior to forming Tallwood, Dado was a venture partner at the Mayfield Fund. He co-founded three technology startups: S3 (SBLU), Chips & Technologies (INTC) and Mostron. He also held positions in engineering and general management at National Semiconductor, Seeq Technologies, Intersil and Commodore International. Dado pioneered the PC chip set and graphics acceleration architecture that continue to be two of the foundation technologies in every PC today. As an engineer, he is credited with developing several key semiconductor technologies and is regarded as a Silicon Valley visionary.
Dado serves as Chairman of Ikanos (IKAN), Inphi Corporation and Quintic Corporation and is on the board of directors of Alphion Corporation, CSR, Pixim Inc., Wave Semiconductor and Wilocity. Dado holds a B.S.E.E., cum laude, from the Mapua Institute of Technology in the Philippines and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Rey Banatao, Founder & CTO, Entropy Resins, Inc.
Rey is co-founder and CTO of Entropy Resins, a pioneering clean tech company developing eco-friendly resins and performance composite materials. Rey is also currently an advisor to the Philippine California Advanced Research Insititutes (PCARI), a collaborative effort between the University of California and the Philippine government, aimed at helping the Philippines ‘leapfrog’ its capacity for technology and healthcare education, research, and industrialization for rapid economic development.
Prior to this, Rey was a NSF Postdoctoral Fellow at the California Nanosystems Institute at the University of California, Los Angeles. He holds a BA in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley and a PhD in Computational Biology from the University of California, San Francisco.

Naya Ventures invests in early stage mobile technology and cloud based companies where its product development expertise, emerging market channel relationships and go-to-market strategies can efficiently increase enterprise value. Dayakar serves as a board member and advisor to other successful startups.
Prior to forming Naya, Dayakar owned the P&L for the Hosting & Mobility Solutions business at Microsoft, where he was responsible for the incubation, development and management of new mobility solutions and also led the $350M hosting business. Prior to joining Microsoft, as Founder and CEO of JP Mobile, Dayakar pioneered the industry’s first mobile software solutions company. Dayakar began his career with Motorola and owned the P&L for the Paging product, including all aspects of design, development and world-wide customer support.
Dayakar is an active supporter of entrepreneurs and startups. He is also a board member of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) and has been involved with the Dallas chapter since 1999. Dayakar is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and earned a master’s degree in computer science from Nova University.
